When you step outside, the breeze is cold and most people are in sweaters. Definitely will tell you that Christmas season is here already. It’s the time of the year when you’ll hear Christmas songs at the Train stations and Malls. It’s when Christmas Lanterns and lights cover the city at night. Mall hours are extended, of course. When you have your coffee at Starbucks, they’ll make you feel it’s that season with their Christmas drinks. In my case, I enjoy my morning coffee outside my house, reading my newspaper and observing other people. I’m always a bit curious how other people start their day. My recent mornings are more interesting than before because of this season. This morning while the room smelled coffee and “Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas” played, I saw a woman at the shop, carrying a paper bag and a gift wrapper. She seems to be in a hurry to get her coffee because she kept looking at her watch. Thanks to her, I remembered that I still need to by my aunt Lily a present for our reunion next week.
There’s something different about Christmas. This season changes a typical day. It’s that time when people got nicer to those who live in the streets. It’s the time when relatives started treating you like one. It’s that time of the year again, when your diet plan will surely be forgotten because of the holiday. Aside from Christmas parties I need to attend to, a lot of my friends will be having their birthday this month. My agony is doubled. I am sure every gym goer like me would understand. Just imagine you’ve been working on a routine for five months now, then you’ll manage to gain twice the weight you had five months ago within this month only. Like what Barney Stinson always say “Challenge Accepted!” I’ll take this holiday as a challenge. There’s a way to enjoy the food and gatherings without compromising your diet plan. A week ago, I found a new friend to help me. It’s a growth hormone, an hgh for sale used for weight loss and anti-aging. A friend at the gym told me about it. He said it also enhances your abdominal and biceps. I think this is a good gift for myself this season.
They say that Christmas are for children. It’s about giving, joy and love. I also think it’s about food. Just kidding. I’m actually filled with excitement, and in a rush to buy Christmas presents. Well, hope you enjoy this season of food and giving. Have yourself a merry little Christmas!
